Get StartedThe best way to get started is to submit a proposal request here. This simple form lets us know your contact information and a little about your dealership. If you call make sure you let us know you are a dealer who is responding to this website, or a dealership's CPA. (We have some pretty smart receptionists, but they don't read minds.) So we don't waste your time, your call or e-mail will be returned by one of our senior executives who will answer your questions in a relaxed and professional way.
 
First Meeting
We could be setting up a new company for you, so a face-to-face meeting is the next step. We are pretty sure you will want to meet the people who form and manage your company, and who service you and your dealership. To make this meeting productive, we will ask you a few details about your dealership's historical and present sales and aftermarket production in one of the phone calls before we fly in.

Preliminary Projections
From the information you provide we can give you a sober and accurate preliminary projection of what Portfolio will mean to your personal wealth creation and the cash flow position for the dealership. This is not a big drill but we don't do it on the phone. Allow us to meet with you to give you all the facts to make an informed business decision. We invite you to have your CPA and/or attorney present for your meetings with us.

A Good Fit with Your Goals
In your meeting with us we would also like to hear about your goals as a dealer. From this information we can honestly inform you about how Portfolio can best help you meet those goals. Please be assured that most franchised dealers, and many used car dealers, qualify for Portfolio reinsurance management.

The Fun Part
Here's the fun part. Think about what you would like to name your reinsurance company. Maybe come up with several names so you have options in case one name is already taken. In our thinking there is nothing more fun than setting up a new company when someone else is doing all the grunt work of forming it. That grunt work is part of our turnkey service.

Relationships
Finally, we appreciate that you might have a relationship with your local F&I product rep that you would prefer to maintain. We can work with you on that need, just like all other needs. Portfolio is all about you, your ownership, and building a prosperous future for your dealership family.
