LAKE FOREST, Calif. — Portfolio was voted as the first-place Diamond winner in the Service Contract Reinsurance category in the 2016 Dealers’ Choice Awards sponsored by Auto Dealer Today and based on an audited national survey of ADT and F&I and Showroom readers.
The announcement marks Portfolio’s third straight Diamond award and sixth since the category was introduced in 2008. Portfolio has never ranked lower than second place.

Dealers and dealership personnel were asked to score providers with which they have firsthand experience in 29 categories. After identifying primary providers in each category, respondents were asked to rate them by four criteria:
- Quality of the product or service provided.
- Customer service and support.
- Overall value.
- Whether they recommend the provider.
The survey weighs vote quality is over quantity to level provider competition. Winners will be honored in the July issue of Auto Dealer Today and at Industry Summit in Las Vegas in August.
