HCA Product Filings
Effective January 17, 2025 Hyundai Capital America (HCA) has partnered with F&I Sentinel for approval of service contract programs financed in Genesis, Kia, and Hyundai franchise dealerships. The programs impacted include mechanical service contracts, dent, key, tire & wheel, plus their combo equivalents. Below is a summary of the products impacted, along with the benefit limits we have submitted for approval::

Any programs not listed above, were not lender filed. If a dealer is currently selling one of the above referenced programs, the lender specific forms will automatically be installed by the effective date. If a dealer has a non-approved program that requires rate modification, you will need to contact Client Relations. to request updated pricing. If you would like to continue selling currently installed products without lender approval, no action is necessary.
