LAKE FOREST, Calif. — For the third straight year and 10th time overall, Portfolio won the first-place Diamond award for Reinsurance & Participation in the annual Dealers’ Choice Awards. Portfolio also earned its third consecutive second-place Platinum award for Appearance Protection.
DCA winners are determined by auto dealers responding to an audited survey from Auto Dealer Today and F&I and Showroom. Portfolio has yet to be ranked lower than second place since the reinsurance category was added in 2008. Dealers have ranked Portfolio No. 2 for Appearance Protection in all three DCA programs since that category was added in 2021.

The DCA survey was launched June 1 and was live for 30 days. Respondents were asked to name their favorite service providers, vendors and finance sources in at least five of 31 categories and score them on quality of product or service, customer service, value and whether they would recommend them to another dealer.
