Immediately following our 2022 Portfolio Incentive trip to the Bahamas, we sent out a survey to all attendees to gather comments and suggestions from our valued partners. We received consistent feedback pertaining to the feel of exclusivity for our future incentive programs in relation to the joining of two large legacy agent populations. After numerous discussions surrounding this feedback, we have determined that an update to the current published 2023 HIPE Recharge parameters is in order. The goal of the HIPE Recharge Trip is to recognize and reward the growth and commitment of our partnership with you. Portfolio is continuously looking for ways to improve our partner experience and we believe these updates will help achieve our shared goal.
Effective immediately, we have revised the qualification parameters for our Incentive Trip program to ensure we are rewarding our partners with an exclusive and special trip. The new qualifications may be viewed here. We understand that change can be difficult; however, we believe these updated qualifications will be in line with the request for an intimate trip that affords each winner with a more personalized experience.
