Jeff brings more than two decades of deep experience in claims and service operations leadership, with a consistent focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, operational efficiency, and strategic innovation.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Jeff most recently served as VP, Head of Service Operations at Farmers Insurance Company, where he led national policy service operations across multiple lines of business, including Bristol West and Business Insurance. Before Farmers, Jeff held leadership roles at Travelers Insurance and Fireman’s Fund (Allianz), overseeing large-scale claims operations, regulatory compliance, enterprise initiatives, and international transformation efforts.
