We’re excited to announce the expansion and restructuring of our Sales Support team, which will take effect Jan. 1. As part of this effort, we will continue to streamline operations, enhance collaboration and build upon our historical success.

Sales Support is responsible for many aspects of the service we provide to you and your dealer clients, now including:

  • Building rate cards and pricing
  • Product and fee setups
  • Ceding changes for reinsurance accounts

Allie O’Connell has joined the Sales Support team as business development and support manager, reporting to Brandon Lamas, director of sales administration. Reporting to Allie will be a strong group of tenured Portfolio associates known as the Rates Development team.
